Yes.  It will be celebrated  simultaneously across the entire  United States.  Other celebrations of Caribbean cuisine will  take place throughout  June, which is National Caribbean-American Heritage Month and  Caribbean Cuisine Month.

Diners are invited  to  savor the world of flavor found in Caribbean cuisine, to take advantage of  dine-in, take out specials featured by restaurants, and support these largely small businesses to recover from the pandemic.  

Some restaurants may feature a $7.00 or $19.99 special where they  choose what will be included in these specials. Restaurants may  also provide other specials or events . Customers can contact the restaurants for these specials.  

Restaurants can ensure that they are listed at the DMV Caribbean restaurant at https//DMVcaribbeanrestaurantweek.org  They can contact local organizers at ncaffa2010@gmail.com .  Local organizers will also contact them directly through social media.

Restaurants can also register to be included in a  national list of Caribbean restaurants at  https://caribbeanrestaurantweek.us  Listing at that site also provides complimentary inclusion in Deh Abroad Village, (www.dehabroad.org), a free information portal to  a  business inventory for the Caribbean diaspora. 

Restaurant registration begins now and  ends on June 3, 2023.

Restaurants are expected to choose courses, prices, and dining services for this campaign. Participating restaurants can advertise their specials or special events on social media.

Restaurants will promote it on their social media pages and websites through materials provided by DMV Caribbean Restaurant Week Partners.  These Partners  who are the creators of this campaign, will also undertake media campaigns.
